Delta Lab
Behavioral-science research on technology that helps people change how they act.
The short version
At Delta Lab I study behavior change at the intersection of behavioral science and human-computer interaction — designing methods that help people overcome personal fears.
Method
Finding the triggers, then interrupting them
The research uses data analysis to identify the behavioral triggers behind negative patterns, then designs intervention strategies around them. From there I prototype human-centered tools that can interrupt those patterns in real time, where the moment actually matters.
Why it fits
Engineering pointed at human behavior
This is the through-line for the rest of my work: understanding a problem deeply before choosing the tools. Here the problem is people, and the tools have to earn their place by changing something real.
