EnlightenHMLA needed software that could make a volunteer-run education program feel organized, personal, and reliable for students far from the usual access points.

AI support for 190+ students

I built the core platform for EnlightenHMLA’s academy: student onboarding, learning workflows, and AI-assisted support that helps the program serve more than 190 underrepresented students in Tigray without losing track of individual progress.

Enrollment system

Intake that scales with the program

The enrollment system handles applications, records, and operational visibility for the team behind the academy. I designed the technical foundation around Google Cloud and Cloudflare Workers so a lean volunteer team could manage real student data with fewer manual handoffs.
